You need carrier contacts set up so your quotes and RFPs land with the right person. Let's walk through adding a new rep to your system.
Go to Carriers > Carrier Reps to see your full contact list. Use the search bar to confirm the rep you need isn't already in the system.
Enter their name, email address, and select which carrier they work for. Make sure their email domain matches the carrier's authorized domain—the system will reject it otherwise.
Once everything lines up, click Add User. The rep is now in your system and ready to receive quotes and RFPs.
Now you can assign distribution rules to this rep so your RFPs route automatically to the right contacts.
