When you connect a BenefitPoint account to an employer in Plansight, their data syncs automatically. Company details like name and address pull straight from BenefitPoint and override what's in Plansight.
Go to the employer record in Plansight and look for the BenefitPoint tab. That's where you'll start the connection.
Click Associate Account, then search for the BenefitPoint account. The names don't need to match exactly—just find the right one and confirm.
Once linked, the employer's company name, address, and other details update from BenefitPoint. One BenefitPoint account can only connect to one Plansight employer.
