Support Tickets via HubSpot · Scout pipeline
Tickets users filed through the widget's "Contact our team" flow. Click a row to open the full ticket in HubSpot. Hiding a ticket only filters it from this list — the HubSpot ticket itself stays put.

Knowledge Base Bundle — what Scout reads from on every question
Scout grounds its answers in a pre-built markdown bundle of every published help-center article (with video transcripts inlined). Anthropic's prompt caching keeps cost-per-question low — but the bundle is a snapshot. Rebuild it after publishing or editing articles in UserGuiding.
Add a lesson
Search by title to find a published article, or paste an article ID to use a draft. Title and description sync from UserGuiding — edit them in the help center, then click "Rebuild now" above. New lessons start as drafts on the Scout side too — flip the toggle in the table below to publish them in the widget.
Add a section
Sections are visual dividers that group related lessons in the widget. Drop one anywhere in the list to label the lessons that follow.
Lessons
Order is what brokers see in the Get Started tab. Drag rows by the ⋮⋮ handle to reorder.

Brokerages → HubSpot
Every brokerage that's chatted with Scout shows up here. Paste the matching HubSpot Company ID next to each one so support tickets created from Scout get associated to the right Company record in HubSpot. Unmapped brokerages still get tickets — just without the company association.
How to find a HubSpot Company ID: open the Company in HubSpot, the ID is the number in the URL after /company/. Example: https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/12345/company/987654321.

Carousel methodology
LOADINGThe system prompt Claude uses to author carousels. Tweak the rules — voice, structure, hard don'ts — and they take effect the next time you click Generate carousel. Slide accent colors are always clamped to the Plansight brand palette server-side, regardless of what's in here.
Library
Everything live in your help center, at a glance. Articles grouped by category, with their embedded videos and Scout page tags as inline badges, plus curriculum tags so you know which ones are part of Get Started. Switch tabs below to see the inverse views — videos with the articles that embed them, pages with the tagged articles that surface on them (drag to reorder), category-level structure, or Insights: chip impressions, click-through, and deflected-question counts that measure whether Scout's pre-emption is actually working.
Article style guide LOADING
The style guide is the system prompt the composer uses to author new articles in your existing voice. Click Derive from articles to have Claude Sonnet read every published article and extract the patterns. You can edit the result before using it. The composer won't generate articles until a style guide exists.
Compose a new article
Fill in what you want the article to cover. Claude Sonnet will author it in your style guide's voice and ground it against the existing knowledge base. You'll get markdown + ready-to-paste HTML when it's done.
